Some of the leaders of regional structures, as weel as General Director of “Chaarat Kapan” CJSC David Tovmasyan were awarded by Emergency Situation Minister Feliks Tsolakyan for effective annual cooperation with Ministry of Emergency Situations and 2019 progress review of Syunik Regional Rescue Department of RA Ministry of Emergency Situations Rescue Team.
